  1. Acknowledgment of Brokerage Role: Ten Logistics, Inc. is a licensed property broker and not a carrier. Ten Logistics, Inc. arranges transportation through carriers selected by and under contract with Ten Logistics, Inc. Ten Logistics Inc. is not liable for any cargo loss, damage, or delay. Ten Logistics Inc.’s liability is set forth in our Terms and Conditions of Brokerage www.tenlogistics.com/termsandconditions. However, we will facilitate your claim with the carrier responsible for the loss, damage, or delay and help you pursue your claim.

  2. Submission of Claim: You must provide all necessary documentation to support the claim, including but not limited to photos, invoices, and receipts to prove you tendered the cargo in good condition, the cargo was lost or damaged, and the replacement value of the cargo. Incomplete claims may result in delays or denial of the claim.

  3. Timeframe for Filing: Claims must be filed within 9 months from the date of delivery or the expected date of delivery. Claims filed after this period may not be considered.

  4. Limitation of Liability: Ten Logistics, Inc.'s liability is limited to the extent provided by the carrier's terms and conditions. The claimant agrees that Ten Logistics, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  5. Resolution Process: Ten Logistics, Inc. will review the claim, submit it to the carrier as applicable, and provide a response within 60 days. You agree to cooperate fully during the investigation process. If we choose to pay any claim you agree to assign all rights and interests in the claim and cooperate with all efforts by Ten Logistics Inc. to collect against any third parties, including carriers.

  6. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting below, the claimant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and those published on Ten Logistics' website at the time of shipment tender.
